Our Professional Fees

Our permanent placement fee is 12.5% of the successful candidate’s starting annual basic salary 12 weeks after a successful probationary review.

The fee is agreed before the search begins. There is no retained search charge and no fee unless a candidate introduced by us accepts and starts the role.

VAT will be added where applicable. Replacement and rebate provisions covering the candidate’s first 12 weeks will be clearly set out before the search begins.
